Is a septic tank "dye test" accurate/thorough enough to have it done? - septic dye test

A dye test will show whether the leak sewage. A full inspection is the only way. ) The cost of a new system (on the site may cost 10,000 to 30,000 and more. The fact that you spoke County uses words such as "grandfathering in" told me that the upper estimate is more likely. An inspection is REQUIRED for consideration (excavation, survey and a camera pipeline, etc.) I hope that says enough. ..... I bought a house with a septic tank, and what a nightmare that was ... My advice to any purchase of a house with a septic system is that it is written into the contract, the seller will dig the old tank and cleaned and checked ... I was naive when I came into this fixer upper and the septic tank was at best minimal since the last review .... Done with the minimum requirements and is now costing me $ 4000 for the construction and operation specifications so that you do not back into the house more ...
