What wiring kit to get for Alpine MRP-M500 with 1 12" SWR-1242D Type R(1500w)? - alpine swr 1242d how to wire to 2 ohm
I can not find anything about it. I just changed my Alpine MRP-M500 amplifier and has a 12 "Alpine Type R Subwoofer (SWR-1242D, 4 Ohms order). First, 500W RMS amplifier said x 1 to 2 ohms and 1 x 300W RMS into 4 ohms . What would it - the best setting for 4 ohm sub? I read that people, the establishment of 500W are related. I do not know how to connect everything together thought that when I follow the online instructions. Then comes question. Walmart sells kits to install, an amplifier Schosch, but several types of the maximum power the amplifier. The model is absolutely silent at the peak of power, as RMS. If correct wiring kit for sale? 1600W, 1200W and 600W. What am I to M500 and the Type R get in touch?
Please help: (
Thank you,
Ben

My SUB is the 4-ohm version, but it is a sub dual voice coil. So connected in parallel with two coils, the subcommittee of the amplifier is a 2-ohm load, the show is perfect, and the Subcommittee will reach 500 watts.
Not by the indexes go watt amplifier equipment. You need a 4 gauge kit is everything you need to know. Here is a good package that is affordable.
