Linksys Wireless Router Can I Install A Linksys Wireless Router And Still Connect Via Ethernet On A Different Computer?

Can I install a linksys wireless router and still connect via ethernet on a different computer? - linksys wireless router

I have a Windows desktop computer and a connection to the Internet via Ethernet to a DSL modem. Can I have a Linksys wireless router for my Mac and get wireless on my Mac and was still connected via Ethernet to the desktop?

I tried and I think this song at work. I need to install the router from your computer with Windows? Can you walk into this please?

You need a modem to connect to the router (via the Internet in the field), the output Ethernet ports on the back of it should have been. Do one of the must-have Windows PCs and the Internet, you should (you may run an installation CD / install drivers) and now need a wireless network (again, follow the instructions and put in place), from your Mac can connect (assuming it is) a kind of wireless connectivity. Hope this helps. I swore Linksys product after some problems, I recommend Netgear or D-Link in the future.

Connect the modem to the router
Connect the PC to the router
Connect your Mac wirelessly.

Then you need to configure your wireless network. Read the manual.
