I suffer from panic attacks and I have several of these symptoms, some of which is due to adrenaline, and with an excess of oxygen, and partly in the head.
The symptoms you describe sound normal to me (I had) anxiety attacks. If you are not on medication to stop her panic attacks, there is nothing you about these symptoms.
When frequent and disabling attacks (as you described), you can see your doctor for a prescription drug to fight the fear.
Anxiety attack medicine does not work very well, and in a relatively short time, but there are side effects of the doctor should tell you.
I used to nausea, abdominal cramps, tremors and disorientation, if I panic attacks. They are, how our body reacts under stress. Sometimes it's better to just stop what you're doing, and take some deep breaths. What ever you do, nothing with caffeine in it ... This will aggravate the symptoms.
